Trim Life Weight Release Program Led by Jeannie Mall, LMFT, Clinical Hypnotherapist

“What are you really hungry for?” Trim-Life is differs from diet programs by using the power of your subconscious mind.
• To “change your mind” about food, eating, and physical activity.
• Addresses “emotional eating,” guilt, shame, fear, and resentments that have led to repeated failures
in the past.

We use Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy to:
• Increase motivation for physical activity.
• Make healthy food choices.
• Reverse our negative self-talk and our distorted body image.
• Focus on one day at a time, one meal at a time.
• Install inner tools that work automatically to eliminate cravings.

Teach you to hear your body’s voice about:
• When it is time to eat.
• When you are satisfied, and
• When you have eaten too much.

Individual and group therapy are available. Participants receive two books, a workbook, and six CD’s. Trim Life is offered exclusively through The Wellness Institute and is led by Jeannie Mall, LMFT, Clinical Hypnotherapist. 30 minute consults with Jeannie are available to explore if this program is right for you.

Note: not recommended for those struggling with bulimia.

Wholehearted Connection GroupLed by Karin Imhoff, LPC

A research based, 12-week support group designed to help you better engage with the world from a place of worthiness. Based on the research conducted by Brene Brown.

The constant struggle to feel accepted and worthy is unrelenting.
Everyday we are faced with an outpouring of opinions about who we should be, what we should be doing, and how we should be doing it. Often we face conflicting or confining statements that leave us feeling inadequate or unworthy. We have learned to hide our struggles from others to protect ourselves from judgment, criticism, blame, and shame. Rather than risk being authentic, we find ourselves pretending we have it all together or give up trying to connect at all – either one leaves us feeling isolated.

This group will focus on ways to find courage, compassion, and connection to help you move from “What will people think?” to “I am worthy as I am.”

Anxiety Support GroupLed by Jeannie Mall LMFT, Clinical Hypnotherapist

This group will focus on understanding anxiety as well as providing resources for coping such as deep breathing, peaceful place, relaxation and mindfulness.

The format is a class/ support group as opposed to group therapy. Participants are encouraged to use the group to give dimension to their other treatment resources.

Support in a group setting is a wonderful experience that can help you remember you are not alone in the struggle with anxiety.
